As we are only a small roastery, we usually buy coffees one bag (60-70kg) at a time so that we can always have a good supply of fresh coffee. This means that rather than dealing directly with producers we source our coffee through importers in the UK.
We work only with a select few importers that we trust to look after their end of the supply chain. Although we primarily base our buying decisions on taste we also like coffees that help to impact the lives of producers.
Where possible, the names of the original producers or cooperatives will be on each coffee bag and we will always try to give as much information as we can on our product pages.
