AeroPress

The brewer so iconic it has it's own world championships! The AeroPress is a great brewer and one of the first things I bought when I got into specialty coffee. There are too many recipes to count online but the simplest one that I usually go for is:

• 16g of coffee
• 250g of water (just off the boil)
• Add the coffee and water and quickly put the plunger in the top before all the water escapes
• Steep for 2 minutes
• Swirl and wait for 20 seconds
• Press through slowly
